Shipping policy

For your convenience, we use the most reliable carriers suitable to your location to deliver your package in the shortest time. Shipping charges are automatically calculated based on your selected method of shipment when placing an order. The method of shipment you choose does not necessarily mean you will receive your order within the specified number of days. Please note that we count from the day we ship and not from the day you place your order. However, we guarantee that we attend to our customers on a first come first serve basis. Please take note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Orders placed after 10 a.m. Pst Friday will ship the following Monday.

If you are paying by Bank Wire Transfer / Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) or eBill online bill pay, please allow for 1-3 business days for your payment to clear through the banks. Payments must be received before your order can be shipped.

Although we ship to most areas served by our carriers, FedEx, EMS,UPS and DHL are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, FPO and APO addresses. The recipient will have to sign for delivery, thus please ensure the address given will have someone to acknowledge delivery.

Return policy

Optimal stands behind the quality and condition of merchandise sold. All products are covered by our warranty as mention in the terms of Limited Warranty set forth below.

If you believe your product is defective within the warranty period, please use you should use the Limited Warranty return process.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase return the unwanted product within 30 days from the original invoice date. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Product returns result in unavoidable shipping costs or handling fees paid to freight carriers will be deducted from refund. These charges provide no benefit to Optimal and are entirely beyond our control

Return process
Please note that this returns process is for purchases made online only. For products purchased in an Optus World store or authorized dealer, you shall return the product to the original purchase point.

If you need to return a product to Optimal, you have to get a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number first. Fill in the form and send it to us using the SUBMIT button.

Please be aware that returns cannot be accepted without prior authorization and an RMA number and all original equipment, components, manuals, cables, collateral and packaging must be returned with your item in order for Optimal to process your RMA. Incomplete product returns cannot be processed; incomplete RMA will be returned to you.

After an RMA number is issued, the product must be packaged securely in the original or other suitable shipping package to ensure that it will not be damaged in transit, and the RMA number must be prominently marked on the outside of the package.

Optimal does not pay the return shipping cost for return merchandise except where Optimal has incorrectly processed your order. In that case, the return shipment will be on our account. In case of defective merchandise, Optimal will split the shipping costs with the customer. The customer will pay to return the item to Optimal, and Optimal will replace the item and ship it to you at no charge.

The customer is responsible for all in-bound shipping charges to Optimal. No Cash on Delivery (“COD”) is allowed. Products sent COD will either be rejected by Optimal or become the property of Optimal. Optimal will not be held responsible for any packages that are lost in transit to Optimal.

Optimal may reject or return any product that is not packaged and shipped in strict compliance with the foregoing requirements, or for which an RMA number is not visible from the outside of the package.
