All products are covered by our warranty as mention in the terms of Limited Warranty .
If you believe your product is defective within the warranty period or if for any
reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase return the unwanted product within
30 days from the original invoice date and you want to return a product to Optimal,
you have to get a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number first.
