Shipping policy

1. We ship out all orders within 24 hours. Except for holidays, then it can take up to 72 hours.
2. All shipped orders have their tracking number.
3. If not mentioned otherwise by the buyer, we ship the order to the shipping address that appears on order(usually get billing address that's registered in the buyers PayPal account)
4. Once the shipping is delivered according to the courier company (based on the tracking number information on the courier company website), we consider the fulfillment as done.
5. Smart &Safe EMF Solutions is not responsible for any lost items or an entire order, as long as the courier company states that the order got delivered.
6. In case the order was unclaimed, upon receiving it back to our offices, we will ship it out one more time to the same address unless told otherwise by the client.
8. In case the item has reached the client in damaged form Smart &Safe EMF Solutions will reimburse the client with an identical item.
